Solutions & IT is looking for new ambitious full-time QA Specialists to build and deliver new state-of-the-art digital solutions for our customers. If you are a highly experienced Test & QA Specialist with a proven track record of executing large-scale tests in a dynamic, cross-country and agile environment, this is your chance! As a QA Specialist in Solutions & IT you will take responsibility for activities like: •Reviewing requirements from a test perspective. •Identifying appropriate tests required. •Planning test activities. •Gathering and managing needed test data. •Designing and executing test cases by both manual and automated test methods. •Monitoring, debugging and documenting test results. •Recommending appropriate actions on test results. The qualifications you need Your main objective will be to ensure that your team will, together with other teams, deliver high-quality digital solutions to our customers worldwide. To reach your objectives you will need to have a good command of technical skills, strong drive with a sense of urgency that is up to your tasks, and a can-do attitude. Moreover, agile practises are close to your heart and you dare to fail in order to achieve outstanding results. Being curious, courageous, innovative, customer oriented, flexible, eager to learn and having both feet on the ground will help in your day-to-day work. We expect you to be a highly experienced Test & QA Specialist with a proven track record of working in complex SW projects with test management, test automation, test data management. You are also experienced in working with mobile projects and in a dynamic, cross-country and innovative environment. You have documented competences and experience within one or more of the following areas: •Leading End-2-End testing of modern IT solutions •Testing solutions in different platforms; iOS, Android and Windows in addition to Web technologies •Functional and non-functional testing •Designing and implementing Test Automation test cases (especially with Java and Selenium) •Developing Test Automation Tools •Service interface validation and analysis •Agile testing You understand IT and digital business and understand the mechanisms and processes within agile software development (from requirements to development and quality assurance) and have the ability to translate customer needs into explicit and relevant solutions. You are fluent in English and you are able to communicate with clarity, purpose and transparency in all you do. Candidates with an ISTQB certificate will have an advantage, as will candidates with a strong background and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
