We are looking for a driven, independent and ambitious Associate Global Marketing Manager to join the Grain Processing Department within Business Operations. You will support the day to day activities in two challenging and evolving industries – Starch and Distilling, working hands on with executing on key initiatives. You will lead specific regional business development initiatives, ensure that operational excellence is delivered in partnership with the regions and ensure that a broad range of analyses and reporting are completed in a timely manner. The position is thus an excellent opportunity to strengthen your strategic and analytical skills as well as to build applied commercial skills, working directly with our regions and numerous functions at Novozymes. For the right person, this role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. The job will be based out of Denmark (Bagsvaerd) and on local employment terms. You will be reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, Starch and Distilling. Regional and global travel up to about 30% should be expected. In this position you need to: Hold a Master degree in Business, Engineering or Similar and you have 3-5 years of professional experience from relevant commercial roles, e.g., marketing, management consulting, sales and/or business development Have well rounded business development, commercial and analytical skills including strategy and marketing and an advanced professional or technical degree Be structured and analytical while having an execution oriented approach – you will need to get things done! Have a strong business understanding. You will be directly involved in significant business decisions with our regions and customers and you should feel comfortable wearing many ‘hats’ – your role will demand flexibility and an entrepreneurial approach Have excellent communication skills, including an ability to engage with commercial and technical people alike, and communicate things in a simple and understandable manner Are you the next Zymer in our team?
