You will join a team of licensing managers providing service to clients and partners worldwide within the refining industry. Our sales and marketing activities are conducted on a highly technical and international level in close collaboration with our regional offices. We work in an informal and ambitious atmosphere with a strong network of specialists throughout the organization including colleagues in our regional offices. We are a small and agile team embarking on new territories and our success is highly dependent on the contribution of each team member. Your responsibilities •Drive technical sales with current and new clients •Ensure timely and qualified service both technically and commercially to our clients •Build long-term client relationships •Achieve sales targets in line with our strategy •Communicate client needs to our technology development team •Support and travel to our regional offices. You •Have a strong drive and perseverance •Have an excellent business instinct and understand how to convert your efforts into tangible results •Are flexible, dynamic, and outgoing in establishing and maintaining relationships •Are enterprising and innovative when actively listening to your clients’ needs •Have excellent communication and negotiation skills •Are prepared to travel 40–60 days a year (primarily short trips). Qualifications We are looking for applicants with a degree in chemical engineering or a similar background. You have experience or interest in technical sales or technical experience from working in a refinery organization. We require that you are fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
