Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply in Søborg is looking for a: Project Manager for Brewery projects Alfa Laval would like to strengthen its global technology centre team that supports, among others, the growing Brewery business with project execution. For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager with solid knowledge of Brewery project business, who will ensure optimal execution of challenging assignments. Engineering & Supply (E&S) is a truly global support organization committed to deliver professional project management within a wide range of applications and industries. We have employees in Denmark, Mexico, China, Sweden, Germany, US, India, Brazil, Italy etc. As a Project Manager in the E&S Brewery department you must have a good understanding of the brewery world - technically as well as commercially. You can expect 60 ? 100 travel days a year. Key tasks: * Manage projects with high complexity and size within the Brewery business * Participate in the quotation process ? ensuring the process quality, calculating the cost and setting up the delivery schedule * Engineer products and solutions for assigned projects * Cost calculations and flow charts for the Market Unit * Have complete end responsibility over assigned projects, including financial budget * Be a role model following the 6 Basics project model and reach the vision of ?World-class Project Management? * Fast responds to ad hoc problems and proactively coordinate problem solving * Ensure a positive, constructive atmosphere between parties of interest. Personal profile & qualifications: * Engineering degree and Brew Master or similar * Strong experience in Brewery Engineering and Processes * Documented Project Management experience ? Good English skills at negotiation level (written and verbal) * Drive, commitment & concern for excellence * Good communication and negotiation skills * Can establish and keep relationships with project members and customers based on trust and respect * Structured and systematic approach to work with high integrity and informal authority * Internationally oriented with good cross-cultural understanding.
