Do you have experience with differentiated supply chain, sales & operations processes combined with strong project management experience and specialist competence within tactical & operational planning processes? Then you might be our new project manager. Sales, Supply Chain Planning. Supply Chain Planning Development is supporting with business development and process development for the manufacturing supply chain. Responsibilities: You will be part of a development function where we are responsible for developing the road map for Supply Chain Planning in Vestas and derived from this we create the concepts and specify the projects to implement. We are responsible for implementing the project together with the line organisation as well as ensuring the overall process landscape is aligned and optimised. Your role will be to contribute into the roadmap by your experience in a differentiated supply chain. Your main role will be take the concept and carry it through the organisation for implementation. This implies a solid understanding of the concept and how to operationalise it making it understandable for the people impacted, driving the change management in this regards. It is also required for you to be able to participate hands on in the project by mapping processes and documenting. Qualifications: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree Min 5 years of experience in driving strategically complex projects in a large organisational set up Stakeholder management and change management skills are highly required Experience as a project manager from a project driven business is an advantage. Competencies: Project Management certified eg Prince 2 or IPMA Strong supply chain skills and experience with differentiated supply chain. Process mapping and documenting skills Personal skills: Capacity to grasp complex business situations and structure solutions that are involving complex and contradicting challenges. Corporative approach and problem solving oriented but at the same time firm in sticking to the plan and the concept.
