For our Global Training department within Service Wind Power we are looking for a Process Specialist. Global Training is responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives to improve the trainings conducted worldwide. Specifically, Global Training Execution’s mission is to ensure identical safety and quality at our regional training centers by implementing and developing new procedures and support tools. Working at Global Training offers a global scene with relations to a big range of customers and stakeholders worldwide. Cultural awareness and change management is key to success. The department offers a motivated team and at the same time stimulates a personal initiative. What are my responsibilities? As a Process Specialist your main responsibility will be the tasks related to ensuring alignment in training processes and -procedures applied at our training centers worldwide. More specifically, your responsibilities will be: Development and implementation of training processes and tools worldwide. Acting as the business consultant in the design of these tools Secure broad alignment in the use of training materials and procedures across all regions Responsible for the proper implementation and application of newly developed processes and tools Portfolio management: Prioritize and concretize processes and ensure a correct registration in the process landscape In this position you should expect 30-40 travel days per year, primarily in connection with the global implementation of processes or participating in workshops. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have extensive experience in optimizing processes. Preferably, you are accustomed to LEAN and Six Sigma principles and you are capable of applying these pragmatically Furthermore, it will be considered a plus if you are familiar with ARIS Your past career has given you knowledge of the relationships between processes, IT applications and other supporting tools. You are aware that a proper change management approach is vital to success As a person you are self-driven and at ease with making decisions, handling significant tasks and driving processes on your own You possess strong interpersonal skills, you are an excellent communicator and a strong negotiator with the ability to interact at all levels of an international organization. Furthermore you are fluent in English, orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
