Johnson Controls, Denmark is right now looking for a Product Manager, who can develop and deliver our product portfolio business plan based on the market development and our customer’s responses, while providing long-term value for the company. As our Product Manager, you will be leading an efficient team of specialized engineers/area product managers each responsible for defining product requirement and innovation needs within their field of expertise. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading global product launches and managing the full marketing mix of pricing strategy, initiating product enhancement and promotional support. You will work closely with our internal support functions as well as Sales & Marketing Globally You will report directly to the Operations Director for Sabroe Factory. Overall your responsibilities will be: •Acting as the prime point of contact across Europe for your assigned product portfolio •As our customers voice inside the organisation •Ensuring that we understand the market competition and are able to respond with the right product strategy •Developing the product portfolio business plan and manage towards planned revenue, market share and profitability •Managing the full marketing mix such as initiating product enhancements/new product development, pricing strategy and promotional support •Initiating and supporting pilot sales Qualifications We are looking for a colleague, who attracts, secures and mobilizes resources to grow our business. The position is based in Hoejbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark and we are looking for someone who: •can demonstrate at least 5 years of successful product management/Marketing experience preferably in Industrial Refrigeration or similar business area •Has preferably an academic background as engineer and/or experience in Industrial Refrigeration •Has excellent commercial insight, with strong marketing competences •Is an effective communicator with ability to influence, motive and inspire across cultures. •Is able to work with cross-functional teams across Europe. •Works structured and can program manage. •Is fluent in English and is willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
