For our plant in Brande we are looking for at highly qualified candidate with experience and theoretical knowledge who will take the full responsibility for all assembly activities within a given production line. You will be responsible for achieving results within your own team by managing employees through leadership, development and engagement. You will, based on Siemens values, act as role model for others and ensure line-of–sight between individual targets and goals. What are my responsibilities? • Fulfilling the production according to load plan. • Fulfilling the financial budget for the production line. • Main responsible for the given production line, personnel and related processes. • Managing direct and indirect employees related to the production line and securing training and employee satisfaction. • Ensuring KPI reporting on agreed performance and risk analysis. • Ensuring products are produced according to the right quality level. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a relevant degree or another technical education at Bachelor’s level. • Preferably, you have solid experience within production or wind industry. • You have at least 3-5 years of experience from a position as Production Manager or Plant Manager for a group of 50-100 employees. • You are an experienced and motivating manager as well as a strong negotiator. • As a person, you are result-oriented and you have a structured approach to complex tasks. • Additionally, you possess outstanding communication skills as well as good English skills both orally and in writing, and you are familiar with Microsoft Office. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
