What are my responsibilities? As a Production Supervisor, you will be in charge of optimizing and supervising the production at the preassembly facility in Esbjerg. You will act as a sparring partner for the Production Manager during all phases of a given offshore wind farm preassembly project. This will mainly include the planning of resources, capacity planning and ensuring that handover to offshore projects are planned and executed in a timely manner. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Supporting the Production Manager on technical, practical and administrative issues • Optimizing the use of personnel, area and equipment resources • Contributing to the implementation of a given project plan within the phase of production • Contributing to the implementation of a project specific HQSE plan on-site • Working in close cooperation with the project management department as well as with the customers’ project organization (participate in customer meetings) • Acting as a stand-in for the Production Manager when necessary What do I need to qualify for this job? • You are an engineer, e.g. marine engineer or machine engineer, or you have a similar technical education at a bachelor level • You possess experience from the production plant or from the offshore or wind business • You have a structured approach to complex tasks, you are eager to learn, and you thrive in an international environment • You are a team player and possess strong communication skills as well as good English skills, both orally and in writing • You are familiar with MS Office • You are interested in your own personal development with focus on the leadership role In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
