For our Offshore Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a sourcing manager to manage third party suppliers of staff to our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing our third party suppliers in Denmark. What are my responsibilities? As a sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of suppliers of staff both in terms of contracts, communication and evaluation. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: Negotiate contracts with suppliers in cooperation with the procurement department Managing existing contracts with suppliers Be the single point of contact to the supplier Allocating request to the individual suppliers Liaison with supplier in terms of expected demand and supply, guidelines, procedures etc. Monitoring and reporting performance and quality Identify new suppliers in the market Conduct audits What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant commercial background with a technical flair, or the other way around. You should be experienced in contract negotiation and in all aspects of contract management. As a person, you are structured but at the same time you thrive in a dynamic environment. You possess intercultural understanding and have advance English skills, both orally and in writing. Furthermore, you should have good communication skills, be persistent and solution oriented. Preferably, you have some years of experience from a similar position in an international organization. You will be based in Vejle. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
