Then you might be the Global Service Center Development Lead we are looking for in the Global Service Center (GSC) at Danfoss. You will report directly to the Head of Global Service Center located in Chennai, India. The position is located in Nordborg, Denmark. Solidly and constantly developing the Global Service Center Your overall mission is to develop the shared service function working in close cooperation with segments/corporate functions, stakeholders from the segment headquarters, factories and sales companies with focus on results and execution. With your solid experience within the field of developing shared service center functions/services offshoring, you will be mapping and identifying service processes, ensuring that they are described, prioritised and implemented. Specifically, your key tasks will e.g. be to: •Map key stakeholders within the Danfoss global network who are potential customers for the GSC •Identify potential tasks/activities that can be offshored to the GSC globally •With the support of the Head of GSC, prepare and present the business cases to the respective stakeholders for the identified opportunities •Continuously promote the concept of the GSC to the identified stakeholder groups in line with the strategic direction •Be a key point of support in the transition of identified tasks to the GSC Experience with developing global shared service procedures You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and solid experience with development of shared service concepts. In addition, you have a background of working with multi-locational teams and a proven track record of identifying business opportunities. As a person, you are proactive, self-driven and eager to make a difference. You are service-minded and able to demonstrate good communication skills, and you are persistent with ability to compromise. You have the knowledge and talent necessary to positively influence a matrix organisation, and finally, you are experienced in working cross-culturally and fluent in English both in writing and speech.
