Would you like to optimise our procurement activities within crew logistics while reducing costs and complexity? Join us and become Contract Manager or Senior Contract Manager in the OPEX Wind Power Procurement Department, which is responsible for sourcing and contract management of crew logistics across Wind Power during construction phase, operation and maintenance. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be part of the Contract Management Team, which consists of 14 employees, of whom two persons are currently working with crew logistics. One position will be responsible for helicopters and the other will be responsible for crew transfer vessels, service operation vessels, etc. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to •drive strategic procurement activities with the objective of creating price reductions while reducing supplier and process complexity •ensure that we capture and optimise synergies during construction phase, operation and maintenance •deliver safe, high-quality and cost-effective services across our wind project portfolio to achieve measurable improvements on price and quality of service •develop procurement plans with relevant stakeholders and ensure successful execution •prepare and carry out tendering as well as prepare and negotiate contracts. Furthermore, you will be in continuous dialogue with key suppliers and other external stakeholders and keep track of the market developments. You will also be in charge of the implementation and management of supplier contracts. Helicopters – your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a technical or commercial education at master's or bachelor's level in economics, law or engineering, preferably from the aviation industry or similar •have some experience with and in-depth knowledge of strategic procurement, tendering as well as preparing, negotiating and managing contracts in connection with large construction or operational projects or similar relevant experience •are able to handle a large variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally •have a proactive and structured approach to your work, enabling you to successfully manage and deliver several simultaneous business-critical projects, both short-term and long-term •have very strong negotiating skills and speak and write English fluently. Furthermore, you have comprehensive knowledge of service-based contracting such as time chartering. Commercial experience with helicopters is an advantage. Vessels – your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a technical or commercial education at master's or bachelor's level in either economics, law or engineering, preferably from the maritime or shipping industry or similar •have some experience with and in-depth knowledge of strategic procurement, tendering as well as preparing, negotiating and managing contracts in connection with large construction or operational projects or similar relevant experience •are able to handle a large variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally •have a proactive and structured approach to your work, enabling you to successfully manage and deliver several simultaneous business-critical projects, both short-term and long-term •have very strong negotiating skills and speak and write English fluently.
