The position is based in Vejle, Denmark, However, some travel activity must be expected. As a Training Manager / Trainer, you will be playing an important role in both developing training material and enrolling programs. You will also carry out the training to a large number of employees in both Vejle and on site locations. What are my responsibilities? You will be developing second to none training programs together with the colleagues within the cultural drive team as well as the rest of the organization. Supplementary, you will be carrying out the training for a large number of employees and follow up on the effectiveness of the training. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Further develop and establish a comprehensive training program for a large organization in relation to Zero Defect Culture Drive. • Support in relation to further developing and carrying out training in relation to our Zero Harm cultural drive as well as other EHS related topics. • Design and carry out training within EHS, Quality or other relevant topics as necessary. • Support in the development of training programs covering enrollment of new systems, methods and tools. • Close cooperation with / support to the Competence department under BE. You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and is an important element in supporting the strategy in relation to significantly improving overall performance. You must expect 60-80 travel days per year, currently mainly within Northern Europe. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a background related to Safety/quality management or other relevant Technical experience. • You have solid experience in relation to training / coaching / communication or similar. • You are eager to work with people development in a technical environment. • You are a strong communicator with excellent skills in relation to getting the “message passed on”. • You are able to work in a structured and organized way within a project management organization. • You have excellent facilitation skills and the ability to motivate others. • You are fluent in English and possess excellent intercultural competences.
