The MM footprint comprises a network of distribution centers located in Denmark (Tinglev/Esbjerg), United Kingdom (Wishaw), USA (Oklahoma) and Canada (Chatam), as well as a refurbishment center in Brande, Denmark. What are my responsibilities? As a MM QEHS-officer you will be the functional process owner of all processes and activities within the field of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, related to the Global Material Management team In other words your responsibilities will cover: Surveillance of the Quality and EHS process landscape and support the preparation and implementation of new procedures Responsible for the execution of audits Ongoing maintenance of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management standards Assure the execution of root cause analyses of incidents and defects Reporting on performance indicators to the management team Initiate and prioritize initiatives that will improve our Zero Harm and Zero Defect culture on an ongoing basis. Travelling activities must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? You can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience from a similar position where you have been responsible for the Quality and EHS-area in a warehouse or productions setup. This has made you well acquainted with the ISO 9001 quality standard, the ISO 14001 environmental standard and the OHSAS 18001 work environment standard as well as all the underlying procedures and processes. Furthermore you are experienced with quality systems and the execution of audits. You are results oriented and work in a structured way to reach your goals. You are able to maintain a civil tone but also put your foot down when necessary. Generally you are optimistic and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You are familiar with MS Office and preferably SAP. You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
