Do you have interest in the web and new technology? Do you see yourself working with internal training?

Our partner Teleperformance is looking for a Product Trainer to help and train their Scandinavian sales team in terms of promoting Google products to small and medium-sized companies.

The position as a Product Trainer requires that you have excellent presentation skills, are structured in your work and are tech savvy.

 

Your responsibility will be:

• Manage and deliver internal trainings and communication of Google products (Google AdWords, Youtube, Display etc.) so that the sales team is optimally trained.
• Manage onboarding training for new colleagues.
• Plan and implement local product training strategy: conduct training needs analysis, identify skills gaps, define, deliver, monitor and evaluate learning sessions and content.
• Work closely with the EMEA Product Trainer team and implement global training objectives and measurement of impact.
• Work closely with management for continuous alignment on training and development needs, as well as monitoring the service level and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively keep yourself updated on digital marketing product development and the competitive landscape.

We are looking for you who have:

• Solid experience with Google AdWords. Knowledge of related Google and digital marketing products is a big plus (Google Analytics, YouTube, Display, Shopping etc.).
• Have a BA/BS degree, or equivalent
• Dynamic, outgoing personality with great presentation skills and a strong interest in delivering training in a classroom setting.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to organize work independently against agreed timelines. • Ability to learn quickly, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken in English and Danish
• Can start as soon as possible
