Position

momondo is seeking a Product Manager to join our Flights Product team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate has expertise creating innovative consumer software products and thrives in an agile, collaborative and data-informed environment. The candidate will help drive consumer products innovation (Sense and steer, form hypotheses, respond with a test, respond at scale through Dual-track SCRUM) that will deliver a great end-to-end travel experience for momondo’s millions of users. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate and prioritize features. The successful candidate will be an expert communicator and multi-tasker, have a passion for designing thoughtful UX and be very comfortable leveraging A/B experiments to test ideas.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of skilled designers and engineers and set the high-level mission, vision and roadmap for the team
• Define the metrics and KPI´s used to measure the health of the product – and how these improve over time
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you collaboratively provide for the company's short- and long-term goals
• Make sure that your team is strong and healthy – including capabilities, happiness, resilience and growth
• Make sure that your team is constantly doing the right things, and has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support

Required skills

• You have at least 3 years experience working as a SCRUM Product Owner for web based solutions in high performing, cross functional teams
• You have experience with user-centred design and current UX/UI thinking
• You have a technical understanding of what it takes to build and maintain large scale applications and services that you are comfortable facilitating and participating in the architectural and technical decisions made in the team
• You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
• You can translate yours and your team's knowledge and experience to user stories and prioritized backlog item
• You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context
• You love numbers and use them as insights for innovation and decision-making 
• A passion for travel is a big plus
