You will be employed in Hydronic Balancing and Control (HBC), which is a business unit in Danfoss Heating Solutions characterised by entrepreneurial spirit, impressive results and ambitious global growth perspectives. Product Manager will strive for innovation and new product idea generation within automatic balancing in resindetial heating segment. He/she will be responsible for technical support to sales companies, marketing and customers. The person will take a lead in technical trainings and preparation of sales tools. Also he/she will participate and coordinate the development of the products, analyze market and competitors and engage in innovation and new product ideas. Ideal candidate: Your technical soul is combined with your affinity to meet customer needs which make you the right person for Product Management. At the interface with sales, business development and R&D, you will develop and continuously improve selling materials, technical & commercial trainings and will drive improvements in the product category. In-depth hydronic application knowledge and product expertise are key in supporting our ambitious growth strategy. You can be based anywhere in Western Europe, but preferably in one of our Business Unit hubs in Denmark (Vejle), Slovenia (Ljubljana) or the Netherlands (Rotterdam). You should anticipate frequent travelling activity. Our expectations from the candidates:•Engineering degree at minimum Bachelor’s level within HVAC or mechanical engineering •At least 3 years of experience as consultant or similar •Good understanding of Heating and Cooling products and applications •Fluent in English (another European language would be beneficial). It will be an advantage if you have: •Comprehensive application and market knowledge in the area of hydronic balancing and control preferably with Residential markets segment insights. •Strong business and customer orientation •You are a strong team player with proactive approach •Your mind set on the customer and to push boundaries Being part of something is different from taking part.
