Would you like a challenging and highly visible position in the LEGO Group? Do you have an excellent educational background combined with relevant work experience? We are a team of 5 colleagues, who support top management on their agenda. This position refers to the CEO. Learn to lead through others and deliver excellent consultancy to top management Your primary responsibility will be either supporting the CCO or the CMO on the Marketing agenda. The CCO agenda concerns the markets and different channels while the CMO agenda is about Marketing and product development. You will support on various tasks and projects that are on the executives agendas and participate in relevant meetings and projects. You will also build a strategic understanding of the processes and decisions across the company and use this in your sparring with the executives and the organisation. This can also include preparing agendas for the leadership meetings and ensuring that the prepared content is of high quality. Furthermore you will be exposed to a broad variety of strategically important tasks and projects and take on a role as advisor to major decision makers in the LEGO Group. You will support and participate in work streams within different strategic projects and processes, handle ad hoc analytical tasks as well as continuously follow up on relevant plans and initiatives. Structured talent with relevant experience You have an MSc in Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Organisation and Leadership, or similar - and have earned top grades In addition, you have 5+ years' experience as a marketing, management, strategy or business development consultant or similar where you have refined your analytical and problem solving skills and have excellent understanding of business dynamics You have a solid marketing and / or commercial knowledge It is a must that you are a good communicator and fluent in spoken and written English As a person, you are very structured, yet take an informal approach to life and believe in a healthy work-life balance. You are keen on learning and comfortable working with many complex assignments in a changing environment. Your background has given you the experience to drive large strategic projects, and you are able to use your extrovert personality to develop good relations and motivate others.
