For our IT Department we are looking for a Student Assistant to work an average of 16 hours a week over a minimum of 12 months. As a Student Assistant your role will be to support our various internal IT teams. You will be working with both internal customers and colleagues from other areas of IT. What are my responsibilities? · Creating and managing documents · Updating master data · Preparing presentations · Supporting projects · Coordinating and executing small tasks · Ad hoc tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled in a relevant higher education on a Masters level e.g. IT, Economics, Management, Communication, Engineering and have passed the first semester with good results (please attach your grade transcripts and write the expected graduation date in your CV) · You are an advanced user of MS Office · You are a team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured · You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing · Danish language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
