We are busy and looking for yet another skilled colleague with a high degree of system understanding and knowledge of mechanics.
The job
The control and electrical components play an important role in the solution of our customers´ high level of requirements for our plants, which is why a high degree of system understanding and knowledge of mechanics are very important skills. We are facing an exciting future with higher demands on the flexibility of our plants and thus higher demands on our controllers. You will be part of a department where there is a high level of engagement and a free tone, and get a great opportunity to help shape the development of our controls.
Your daily work tasks will be:
- Functional clarification and drafting of specifications and documentation
- Programming of PLC, controllers and HMI systems
- Configuration and setup of networks and decentralised systems
- Test and preparation of controls and machines
- Start-up and commissioning of projects at home and abroad; travel activity of approx. 30-50 days / year must be expected
- Provide online and on-site support at customer plants
- Participation in the continuous development of the department
Professional skills
Your professional background could e.g. be as an electrical or automation technician or electrical engineer from a similar position. We will emphasise the following skills:
- Experienced PLC developer
- Experience with one or more of the following disciplines is an advantage: Servo systems, HMI systems, High level programming
- Craftsman background is an advantage
- Experienced and competent user of Microsoft Office and general understanding of IT
- Proficiency of English in writing and in speech (the group language is English)
Personal skills
- You are responsible and structured
- You have good mechanical understanding
- You enjoy a hectic working day with many activities in play
- You have a positive, open, energetic and accommodating personality
- You possess good interpersonal skills and you are capable of contributing with knowledge in various contexts
- You have a natural flair for working with a high personal drive and energy level
