Summary of Job Profile:

Microsoft Consulting Services is looking for additional people to the team of Account Delivery Executives to help us expand a predictable business and manage our senior level customer conversations with to our enterprise customers.

The Account Delivery Executive (ADE) is responsible for the overall end to end customer experience of selected Services accounts, creating and maintaining deep long-term customer relationships, driving Services revenue growth by identifying and developing strategic opportunities, and overseeing/supporting services delivered by the world-wide delivery organization. The key accountabilities of an ADE are to provide a One Enterprise Services experience exclusively to our Enterprise customers, working in partnership with Sales, solutioning team leads and project managers.

Responsibilities

Summary of Primary Job Functions:

• You will play an important role in large-scale business outcome selling to your assigned accounts. You deliver inspiration to the customers’ business development and build relations at executive level.
• An ADE is responsible for revenue metrics and customer satisfaction.
• As an ADE, you will be responsible for these metrics for an assigned list of accounts and you will get the opportunity to manage our footprint to ensure a healthy and growing relationship and delivery.

 

Candidate Profile:

It’s important that you have a passion for the value we can offer our customers through IT consulting and a track record to verify this.

You are responsible for revenue- and consumption target realization and growth on your accounts and must be able to plan and execute.

 

The ADE demonstrates strong leadership towards the customer and the Microsoft team by:

- ensuring constant focus on the customer’s objectives

- facilitating problem resolution to “get things done”

- building and motivating the account -and delivery teams

- always be in front of and lead through change with a positive attitude

 

Microsoft is undergoing massive changes to make the market and realize our strategy. You must have the ability to work effectively and drive towards goals amid change and with a high level of ambiguity.

You have a strong acumen for driving consulting delivery as well as tangible business results from large transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long term relationships at the CxO level
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales and solutioning teams and clients in structuring work to sell new business
• A broad understanding of how technology can transform business
• Excellent ability to prioritize a portfolio
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience gained from working at a senior level in the IT industry or as business decision maker in other industries
• Experience with working with customers in the enterprise segment
• Experience with working with digital transformation initiatives
