LEO Pharma has embarked on a growth journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner in the world. The journey includes exciting global initiatives and organizational development. In our Region Europe Plus that also includes Australia and Canada we are looking to fill this key role supporting the Head of HR on this exiting journey. Project management, analysis, decision support…

As People Professional you will act as a trusted sparring partner to the Head of HR and become a highly valued member of the organization with diverse tasks ranging from driving projects yourself, be a project participant in Global HR projects, organize leadership meetings, developing presentations for the Head of HR, optimizing and implementing new processes, develop reports/status on requested subjects, ensure process for HR planning, prepare communication material etc. In overview, your primary tasks will be to:

• Organize Europe Plus HR leadership meetings, incl. facilitation, documentation and follow-up on deadlines
• Support the Head of HR in communications including preparation of communications material and presentation materials
• Keep track of the portfolio of HR projects/activities across Europe Plus and drive some projects/activities yourself
• Participate in Global HR projects
• Plan, execute and coordinate decision support activities
• Ensure process for HR activities/strategic planning
• Develop reports/status on requested topics – e.g. talent management
• Ensure travel and expense assistance for the Head of HR

Positive and open-minded profile with drive and ambitions

You hold a degree at M.Sc. level within Business, HR, strategy, project management, marketing/communication or the like – and you have likely gained experience from a similar position. You probably have about five years’ experience leading to a proven track record within planning, development and implementation of projects and processes and doing analysis and decision support. As you will support the Head of HR in preparing presentation and communications material, you have a high working proficiency in English and you are very familiar with MS Office Power Point, Excel, Word.

On the personal level you have a high drive, are proactive and are eager to learn. You can handle confidential information, and since you will be working in a dynamic division, you must be able to stay focused and keep a clear head at all times. To succeed, you are a self-starter and you must be really good at reaching out to and cooperating with all kinds of people in an international environment and to navigate comfortably through policy and people-related organizational dynamics.
