Product Manager, Human Health, Bagsvaerd, Denmark
Human Health is a newly established platform at Novozymes that develops innovative products to improve the health of consumers. We are a high-energy team with diverse backgrounds on a mission to develop ingredient solutions mainly aimed at the consumer care space. We focus mainly on probiotics, enzymes and other bioactives. We base their development on strong scientific hypotheses and identified consumer demand.

We seek a Product Manager for our marketing department to take ownership and help us grow our Human Health product portfolio. The focus of the position will be to optimize existing and develop new products by linking scientific advances with customer and consumer demands. You must possess the technical background pared with a commercial mindset.

Strong project Management skills are needed as you take ownership and drive a global business. We are looking for somebody who wants to lead our efforts to grow our Human Health product portfolio globally.

Some responsibilities include:

• Lead product life cycle management by owning the Human health product portfolio and documentation.
• Develop processes and lead projects in product development responding to market and customer requirements e.g. new variants, extensions and customizations.
• Together with the Human Health Innovation, Business Development and Sales teams, build product positioning and value propositions
• Provide sales support by prepare marketing and technical presentations, customer visits and answer customer product requests. Responsible for customer sampling and technical support.
• Support operations with forecasts for existing products.

The job is based in Bagsværd and reporting to Global Marketing Manager for Human Health, Marie Brenøe, and requires up to 30 travel days per year.

In this position, you need to have:

• A Master’s degree within biological / medical sciences combined with a relevant commercial experience.
• Experience from working with microbiology, dietary supplements.
• A Proven track record of strong project management and execution with a passion for delivering impact and tangible results.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and drive, ability to thrive in uncertainty and constant change and willingness to do what is required to make things move forward
• Strong interpersonal skills, understand how to leverage knowledge and experience of peers
• Excellent oral and written English skills and good people networking skills.
