Key Responsibilities • Office management • Documentation handling • Monthly Reporting • Smaller Projects and Ad hoc tasks • Monthly invoicing & reconciliation • Budget • System updates Who we are looking for A candidate with: • Business Control and Accounting experience • Experience in administrative work and tasks • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office tools and SAP • High level of English language skills, both oral and written You are highly structured and organized and like to support your team and manager.
