AD and Windows Server Service Delivery Manager, Central Infrastructure Management Technical Contact and Service Management of 3rd Party Service Providers Carlsberg Global Business Services is searching for an Active Directory (AD) and Windows Server Service Delivery Manager (SDM) who will be responsible for the continuity and stable infrastructure within the AD and Windows area, where one major 3rd party service provider provides most services. The main objective is to define, initiate and guide proactive as well as reactive maintenance activities to ensure a stable infrastructure and to meet the agreed service levels. You will handle the overall management of our both in-house and outsourced infrastructures in this area, including cloud services. As a Windows and AD SDM you will be a part of a motivated and competent team in the Central Infrastructure Management department with 8 other Infrastructure SDMs, who are responsible for each their specialist area. You will report to the End User Computing (EUC) and Collaboration Team Lead and work out of the HQ in Copenhagen. Your new job: You will be a strong driver in ensuring “excellence” in the AD/Windows services. Your challenges are that you will have to deliver this through others, and you will have to balance between a certain technical insight and keeping an overview across a range of different services and solutions. You will act as the main link between the business and the 3rd party provider, ensuring that the needed requirements are defined, incidents investigated, risks are handled, and that the main elements of the outsourcing contract / SLAs are delivered. You will be responsible for: • Ensure a standardized Windows Server configuration covering centralised and local datacentres in Western Europe as well as a global AD across 3 regions (WE, EE & Asia). • Follow-up in regularly statuses and meetings, and collaborate with 3rd party providers. • Function as link and counter-part to Enterprise Architects and Technical Architects. • Recommend service improvements and propose ways of optimizing the infrastructure both from a technical and cost point of view. • Participate in major incident resolution and problem taskforces. • Review changes to avoid production disturbances or lowering of service levels. • Ensure sufficient and effective monitoring and capacity measuring to guarantee performance and stability of the infrastructure. • Together with the 3rd party provider participate in continuous development of standards for hardware, operating systems and configurations. Your Profile: We expect you to have a minimum 7-10 years working experience within large infrastructure technical areas, mainly focusing on Active Directory and Windows Severs. Experience in collaboration area and MS Office 365 cloud services is required. You have sufficient technical insight to be able to challenge your surroundings in their requirements and solutions. In order to understand issues from both sides of the table, you have experience in outsourced IT environments and service provider management, where contract management and SLAs are natural parts of your job. Most likely, you have previously had or now have a role as SDM in the same area. As a person, you present yourself as solution oriented, with focus on creating win-win with your partners and your team members. You communicate, inform and seek to optimise processes and solutions via collaboration and delegation, without missing the overview or focus. When needed, you show personal power and are able to (positively) influence your surroundings. Even when pressured, you stay cool, structured and are able to prioritise your tasks. You are fluent in English, and demonstrate a good cross-cultural empathy and understanding of different motivational drivers.
