Would you like to work with operational procurement in an international setting in Europe’s fastest-growing green energy company?
Join us and become Operational Purchaser in Procurement Controlling where you’ll handle enquiries, purchase orders and invoices and ensure on-time delivery for spare parts. In this role, you’ll cooperate closely and have an ongoing dialogue with a lot of different stakeholders from Operations through to contract managers and suppliers.
Your key tasks will be to
- handle enquiries for quotes, including identifying alternative suppliers
- create and maintain purchase orders (POs) for spare parts from MRP to stock and projects for our different wind farms
- follow up on order confirmations and register in SAP
- ensure on-time delivery
- support sites and stakeholders regarding materials.
Moreover, you’ll handle invoice flows in SAP. In addition to the daily work with orders and deliveries, you’ll be called upon to develop and optimise the way we handle the purchasing of spare parts and tools.
Your competences include that you
- have a degree in procurement
- have experience with purchasing through an ERP system – SAP would be preferred
- have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
- speak and write Danish and English fluently
- thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
