We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Associate Content Excellence & Operations Director to play a key role in achieving Novo Nordisk’s ambitious aspiration of more, meaningful and efficient customer engagements. In this role, you will have considerable operational impact on commercial and medical teams in headquarters, regions and affiliates.

 

About the department

Multichannel Excellence & Operations is a team of 11 team members working to build new and enhance existing multichannel capabilities of Novo Nordisk’ commercial organisation in global and in affiliates. Our focus is on both strategic direction of Novo Nordisk’s Multichannel Customer Engagement Roadmap, to be a Centre of Excellence as well as building efficient and easy to use multichannel operations.

 We are a part of Commercial Operations in Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs (CSCA). In CSCA it is our ambition to realise better health for our patients by providing the best sustainable solutions as well as fostering trust in Novo Nordisk. This we do by driving global commercialisation of our products, leading responsible business practices, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
 

The position

As Associate Content Excellence & Operations Director, you are responsible for developing and implementing a fully integrated Content Supply Chain around all aspects of people, process and technology, to enable Novo Nordisk to bring meaningful content faster and more efficiently to our customers through multiple channels. 

In this role you will be accountable to build 1) a content factory with considerable impact on asset costs and time to market, 2) Build and manage relevant technology platforms, integrations and workflows with impact on content supply efficiency & internal customer satisfaction, and 3) your ability to drive transformative initiatives like modular content and rethink how we approve promotional content. 

You will drive highly complex project with great demands to both technical, business and people acumen, and will use your excellent communication- and people skills to engage both senior leaders and the delivery organisation.  

You will be responsible for interpreting internal and external commercial and project challenges and opportunities by taking a broader perspective to identify solutions and best practices that efficiently can be adopted by commercial and medical teams - with a significant impact on resources spend on content production. 

To succeed on this journey, you will lead a functional team of content specialists in Denmark as well as collaborate closely and set operational direction for our Content Operations team in India, third-party production and technology partners.

 

Qualifications

You hold a Master's degree preferably in marketing, business, digital specialization or other relevant fields, and have solid experience with digital strategy and production, including both operational experience and strategic leadership. You have broad insight into all aspects of strategic and tactical marketing disciplines, with primary focus on digital channels. Practical experience with content production in the capacity of a Content (digital) factory lead, creative or account director from an agency or similar, is also preferred. 

You come with a proven track record of driving transformative projects in an international environment and are able to manage a highly diverse stakeholder landscape while challenging assumptions and status quo. As a person, you are curious, driven and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You are recognised as an expert as well as for your great leadership competences within your organization.
