We are an enthusiastic group of Agile specialists driving the agile mind-set forward in NETS. There is a deeply-rooted commitment to implement Agile ways of working in all layers of our organization. Because of this organizational demand for coaching, we’re very popular and so we need another focused and inspiring coach to join our team!

The agile coach team drives and supports our transformation across the Nordic region in our unit that directly services merchants with a variety of services You’ll be able to shape the role to best facilitate the next steps of transformation journey. The position can be taken in Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen with some travel between the locations. Feel up to the challenge?

 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Driving the agile transformation from team to management level.
  • Working with other coaches to create a joint vision for the agile transformation.
  • Adding transparency to strategy and value creation of the agile transformation.
  • Contribute to agile community and teach agile courses.
  • Facilitate learning in the organization, via feedback loops and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.

Your qualifications & experience include:

  • Hands on experience with Agile methodologies, and ScrumMaster/Product Owner role.
  • Experience in cross team collaboration with scaled agile methodologies like LESS, SAFe or Scrum (at) Scale.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Understanding the mechanisms behind value creation with agile techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with coaching and training.
  • Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
  • It’s a big bonus if you have experience with leading change in organizations.
