A challenging position in a creative environment Carlsberg is looking for an Innovation Equipment Development Manager to Group Commercial Dispense Equipment team. The main task in the position is being Technical Project Leader with focus on draught beer equipment and innovative technology solutions for packaging with added value for the consumers. The position is part of the Dispense Equipment team of ten people, which is developing new solutions for draught beer as well as new advanced packaging solutions and materials. Typical way of working is developing new ideas, secure IPR and co-operate with suppliers for bringing the products to live. As Innovation Manager you will be reporting to the Director Equipment and Technology. The main part of the job is being the technical project leader when technical solutions are further developed together with the local markets within Carlsberg Group. It is a very out-going position where you will have a close co-operation with suppliers worldwide and be a pro-active part of the idea generation with both internal customers and external suppliers. The job As Innovation Manager you: •Deliver from a technical point of view the dispense innovation program. •Ensure that projects and solutions are made according to plans, budgets and local needs. •Make follow-up with external suppliers around the world, and for that reason will there be some traveling activity. •Make budgets and planning for new and ongoing projects. •Communicate with other teams and local markets. •Secure effective cross-functional cooperation (e.g., with production & commercial functions). •Transform new ideas in to tangible formats and projects. •Make technical documentation (specifications, presentations and 2/3D drawings). You To succeed in the position: •You will have to have to be an innovative and entrepreneurial Mechanical engineer or have a related education and at least five to ten years of practical experience preferable from the beverage or packaging industry, which have given you a high level of commercial understanding. •You have been responsible for project management of complex multi stakeholder projects. •You have a high level of experience in mechanical/electronic construction and knowledge in the use of different polymers, different packaging materials and processes as well as of the understanding of fluids containing gas mechanisms. •You have a project leader education and a solid experience from international projects •You are an experienced user of 3D CAD - SolidWorks. •You are very structured and with strong ability to produce technical documentation. •You are fluent in English (oral and written). You have good management skills and the ability to motivate other as well as a strong drive for results. You are an experienced team player but at the same time you can work very independently. You have highly developed interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to relate well to different people and nationalities. In addition you have a business understanding. You have the ability to communicate with people. You have skills in analytical thinking and you are able to keep multiple projects running.
