About the department The position is based in Corporate Metrology and Validation (CMV), part of the Corporate Quality organisation in Novo Nordisk. We are a team of process experts responsible for ensuring compliance to external requirements and continuously improving a number of quality processes under our responsibility to the benefit of all our stakeholders in Novo Nordisk. The job As Validation Process Expert, you will be responsible for the on-going process improvements for the Validation process in Novo Nordisk globally. For the next years focus will primarily be on establishing process governance and training supporting the Validation process. The Validation process affects all employees in Novo Nordisk conducting validation activities on a daily basis. To successfully deliver in this process you will work in close partnership with project management and specialists in Corporate Quality and with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. You will have an on-going collaboration with management in fulfilling their responsibilities within the process. You will be responsible for development of the strategy for the Validation process, and for improving process maturity. You will interpret external requirements in the procedures and improve training in validation. You will drive implementation throughout different management groups in collaboration with local experts in Novo Nordisk. You will hold, facilitate and participate in workshops and arrange user group meetings related to the Validation process. You will continuously assess and evaluate how the Validation process best can support and facilitate other processes in Novo Nordisk. You will have to ensure inspection readiness for the Validation process and when needed present the process for external authorities during inspections. Qualifications You have an academic background and a solid and up-to-date experience within Validation. It is important that you have an in-depth understanding of relevant external requirements and hands-on experience with interpretation, implementation and practices most likely from 5+ years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Company. You have a track record of managing Validation projects supported by effective organisational change management. You are recognised by peers internationally as an expert in Validation and they will feel confident in your expertise. You are proactive, structured and systematic. Your colleagues will see you as highly motivated, flexible and friendly, but also persistent and able to get things done. You have the capacity to look ahead as well as the skills to drive necessary consensus agreement to strong pragmatic solutions. You are independent and you have the drive and ability to engage others. Your oral and written communication abilities in English are excellent and you are confident presenting in an inspiring way in a variety of different settings.
