For our Master Data team in the Equipment Management department we are looking for a colleague to help maintain and develop our equipment master data. You will become a member of a highly motivated team that is responsible for creating materials in SAP and maintaining master data. The department is located in Brande. What are my responsibilities? As a Master Data Assistant you will have a specialist role, where your output is crucial in order to ensure that the company can handle the large volumes of equipment that we need. Your primary tasks will be: · Creating and maintaining the material master data in SAP · Electronic filing of the documentation · Support for other departments in the company · Ad-hoc tasks for the Master Data team · Contribute to a fast and correct procedure in our creation process What do I need to qualify for this job? Your educational background could be as production technologist or something similar combined with experience from a related position, preferably with SAP experience. As a person you are structured, systematic and persistent with a proactive approach to your tasks and with the ability to keep an overview even when you are busy. You are a team player, focused on providing good service and you thrive in a technologically orientated environment. You have good communication skills and the ability to speak to many different types of customers and colleagues.
