Can you ensure high engagement and productivity through motivation and support? Do you have experience with installation and commissioning? We are looking for an experienced Team leader for SCADA EMEA Operations with strong people and communication skills. SCADA Operations is part of Regional Operations & Support in EMEA region, and supports the organization in selling, installing and servicing a large number of SCADA systems controlling medium and large sized wind power plants across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our customers can mainly be found amongst larger power supply companies and professional investors. We are currently 85 + and growing, highly skilled employees scattered in strategic locations across EMEA, strengthening our support towards our customers’ needs in all SCADA related business. Due to a minor reorganization, SCADA EMEA Operations are looking for a Team leader to join our Northern Hub to support the business in daily operations. Responsibilities and tasks You will be responsible for the management and performance & development of the Team. Your role will be to motivate, support and challenge your team on a daily basis to ensure high engagement and productivity. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple project deliverables, while maintaining focus on quality in the work processes of the Team. Working in a global organization, you are expected to show a high degree of initiative in seeking interaction with colleagues internally as well as externally in securing alignment cross-organizationally, building competencies and optimizing work-flows will be an integral part of the job. As member of the EMEA SCADA operations Management team, you will participate in management and strategic decision making, especially with focus on Processes, efficiencies and alignment cross border. Qualifications The successful candidate: Experience with people management Experience with installation and commissioning of automation systems Work experience from the wind industry or similar sector is preferable Experience with developing and implementing guidelines and procedures Good English skills both verbal and written As a person you are well-organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in your engagement with employees and internal and external stakeholders. It is essential to have strong communication and collaboration skills.
