We are looking for a new member to our marketing management team who will lead the marketing communications team in Falcon.io. In this role, you will own the overall communication and content marketing strategy as well as the PR and Social Media strategy. We are looking for someone who is strong on both stakeholder and people management - you are a world class communicator in all aspects. Ideally you have worked in a SaaS and/or social media company before. Responsibilities •Set the communications strategy to Falcon’s overarching business priorities to establish Falcon.io as a global leader in Customer Experience,specifically within Software as a Service (SaaS) •Grow the market share and reach for Falcon.io accross various traditional, digital and social communications programs in a single cohesive approach to build credibility across channels with a focus on content, placement, engagement and value •Direct and manage our internal and external PR resources to create successful integrated campaigns supporting our overall company goals •Drive measurable collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience to ensure key communications plans, narratives and content deliverables are used to maximum effect •Build Falcon’s influencer communities by surrounding them with a dynamic flow of news, opinion, commentary and expertise - this includes establishing and nurturing relationships with relevant analysts, journalists or other key influencers in the social media management and customer experience space •Build and drive best practice capability amongst the marketing team to make sure all processes are optimised for high quality and efficient content production •Contribute to SEO strategy and backlink goals through syndicating content on relevant platforms Requirements •We are looking for a professional who is passionate about communications with a strong focus on mentoring and delivering measurable results •Minimum 5-8 years of current experience working with content, PR & communication, preferably within the SaaS industry •Excellent strategic planning skills, a solid understanding of the B2B technology industry and proven corporate communications, content marketing and social media expertise •Extensive experience of leading communications and PR with results to show •Strong writing and editing skills - native English preferred •Relationships management skills with a willingness to be ‘hands on’ as well as strategic with content management, social media and writing / creating tasks •A personal interest in social strategy and how technology is shaping and advancing is a plus •Ideally a strong press and media network in our key markets: US, UK, or DACH •Good awareness of SEO principles What we offer •A self-driven and high-performance culture •Open, informal and multinational working environment •High responsibility and excellent career possibilities •Flexible working hours •Lunch and drinks daily as well as healthy and unhealthy snacks •Working at a central location in Copenhagen, the startup hub of Northern Europe
