Would you like to enable Finance to provide financial insight and challenge business decisions? Join us and become Head of Business Intelligence in Customers & Markets Finance which is responsible for creating and managing a shared financial platform for financial reporting and analysis across Customers & Markets. The team's key objective is to create transparent and user-friendly Business Intelligence solutions for data-driven decision-making and financial reporting. The department is part of Customers & Markets which has 1,600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We handle the production from our wind farms and oil and gas fields to energy exchanges and customers in Northern Europe, and we distribute electricity and natural gas to businesses and private customers in Denmark. You will be based at our office in Virum in the Greater Copenhagen area. Areas of responsibility As Head of Business Intelligence, you will be heading a team of ambitious specialists. In running projects to ensure efficient and insightful financial reporting and analysis, the department is a key enabler for Customers & Markets Finance's strategy to be a highly appreciated value-adding partner for the business areas of Customers & Markets. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •create 'one truth' in the financial numbers by ensuring consistency in financial and operational data across IT systems and data models used in C&M Financial Reporting •develop, optimise and support the financial planning solution for Customers & Markets •ensure that finance-related IT solutions are in place and perform at a desired level •ensure integration of SAP BI data models •define and maintain the master data governance process relevant to the governing business model. Your profile You hold a master's degree in finance, economics or IT, or have a similar strong academic track record. You are proficient in management accounting, finance systems and accounting. You are an experienced project manager, preferably with experience in people management and organisational transformation programmes. You are able to translate visions into strategies and operations. You have strong collaboration skills, and you will be working closely with stakeholders to meet their needs while always having to prioritise transparently to ensure their buy-in to your plan and progress.
