For Industrial Engineering in the Brande Nacelles plant we are looking for an experienced Manager to head up the Manufacturing Technology – operations team. The department currently consists of 9 Engineers who handle the technical operational challenges and various technical improvement projects. What are my responsibilities? · Develop and mature the team members to continually solve more complex tasks · Continually align priorities with production management and other main stakeholders · Ensure team performance in solving day-to-day technical issues in the production · Drive and support the team in the implementation of new work processes in relation to: o Investigation on root-cause analysis o Identify improvement potentials, define project portfolios and generate business cases o Implement improvement projects o Ensuring execution of P-FMEA implementation, Technical production capacity, layouts, production basis reviews What do I need to qualify for this job? · Leadership is key in this position, you need to be experienced in leadership, in change management – to have managerial courage and able to handle multiple strong stakeholders in a fast pace environment. · As a person you are able to focus on the important details and persistently ensure finalization of tasks while not losing the bigger picture. · You need relevant educational background in engineering and project management experience from a larger international company – knowledge of Six Sigma is preferred. · You thrive in an international environment with many interfaces and you communicate easily at all levels within the organization. · You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing and preferred also Danish. · Knowledge of SAP and other production management systems would be preferred. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
