Do you want to bring your tech talent and passion into play by helping the LEGO Group improve our global Marketing processes?

This is your opportunity to influence future solutions for planning and follow-up on marketing activities as part of an integrated IT and business-oriented team close to end-users and value creation.

Core responsibilities:

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Marketing Planning & Execution team and business colleagues around running and developing a high quality Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solution – a solution based on a SAP CRM platform with integration to our ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.

Moreover, as an IT consultant you will:

o translating business requirements into solution design and specifications to developers

o customizing of the MRM solution and related applications

o testing for new functionality and markets

o investigate operational errors

o support integration with other systems

o support roll-out to additional markets

This role gives you the opportunity to be part of a community of technical talents who define and set technical direction for Global Marketing applications, working hard to build awesome solutions for planning and follow-up on marketing activities, marketing budget and marketing activity performance. In this position, you can help maximize the value of marketing activities across the LEGO Group.

You will be part of the bigger B2B Technology team who are responsible for a broader range of solutions facing our customers and partners. We are organized in product line teams working agile with end-to-end responsibility for our solutions, and we collaborate closely with the teams that drive the ‘Business to Business’ strategy and its execution for the LEGO Group.

What you bring to the table

If you have the flair and passion for technology and/or marketing planning, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your technical skills and understanding of marketing processes.

To succeed in this role, we image you have the following competencies:

• Experience with or knowledge of CRM tools and/or marketing planning

• A big curiosity to learn even more about the technical side of CRM and other applications used in our Marketing Planning & Execution product team

• A natural flair and passion for technology while having a solid business understanding as the link between the two

• Eagerness to develop and learn continuously

• Experience working in an agile setup or knowledge hereof

You might be a newly graduate or have a few years of experience with CRM systems – we are open to both profiles as long as you have the right learning mindset and passion to translate business requirements to technical solutions. However, it is considered an advantage if you have experience with SAP CRM, SAP Fiori and/or SAP ABAP.

• Display a strong ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems.

• Have solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Have a good understanding of business needs and ability to translate into high quality tech solutions.

• Are proficient in English.

• Display a willingness to learn about new technological areas in order to contribute in a cross-functional team.
