Do you want to drive adoption of global IT tools, support the internal Carlsberg users in Copenhagen and be an ambassador for change in Carlsberg Group? Then you might be the right candidate for this exciting role as IT supporter, or GBS Ambassador as term it, at Carlsberg Global Business Services.
The job
We are looking for a person that not only has a broad IT support knowledge, but also delivers service with a smile and is used to delivering personal service and support. The goal is to help employees adopt new IT services and devices, but also to ensure a rock solid and stable IT setup locally.
You are used to deliver IT support to end users in person and have a really good understanding of the Microsoft applications within the Office365 portfolio. You are also used to solve technical issues with Windows 10 and have a good understanding of how to resolve problems with end-users mobile devices such as iPhone and Android.
You enjoy working within a team, but you are also independent enough to stand on your own, when that is needed. You will work together with other colleagues in the Digital Workplace team at Carlsberg Global Business Services, where our aim is to help our colleagues to be more productive and to create the Best End User Experience in the World.
Your responsibilities

Furthermore we expect you to;
- Support Carlsberg end-users in the Copenhagen area, this includes locations in Hellerup, Taastrup and Valby
- Train end-users with adoption of new IT solutions and services
- Perform backend IT support tasks such as re-imaging of laptops, registration of IT equipment etc.
- Participate in continuous development of the local IT support services
Your normal work hours will be from 8-16 on all work days, but it is expected that you are flexible enough to be able to support out of normal business hours from time to time.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a strong technical profile with the service gene built into your DNA. How you deliver the support is just as important as what you deliver. You enjoy working in a team, being structured in your approach and have deep experience with IT support, preferably from a larger company. The end-users you will be supporting in Copenhagen are from all over the world, so additional languages is an advantage, but you need to be fluent in English, both orally and in written form.
