About the Department
Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen is now looking for an engaged student to support with sales and marketing tasks. You will be part of our local affiliate marketing support team and be working in a dynamic support team with 5 other dedicated employees. The department’s main responsibility is to deliver high quality support to the sales and marketing departments. The position will be approximately 10-15 hours per week during normal working hours, with possibility for more in peak periods. There is flexibility in the scheduling of the hours.

The Job
By joining the Marketing Support team in the Danish affiliate you will get a unique opportunity to dive into novel ways of doing marketing and sales. By supporting the team members in their daily work, you will gain broad insight to the business and key processes. You will be an integral part of our core team, and tasks will be diverse and varied. Among other things you will help us with contract management, controlling our stock of promotional material, create invitations to meetings etc.

Qualifications
We are looking for a student studying your first or second year at university or business school within pharmacy, marketing or similar and have had excellent result during your studies. You pay attention to details and possess good communication skills. Excellent language skills in English and Danish are required.

You like being part of a professional team; you have a high energy level, take initiative and work with a high level of engagement. You have very strong skills in the Office package and a flair for IT systems. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude.
