Job ID: 198686 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: full time For our Offshore Project Site Execution department located in Vejle, we are looking for a self-driven Business Administrator. What are my responsibilities? • Provide administrative support to Site Technicians and Site Management with regard to e.g. travel requests, travel expenses, ordering work clothes, ordering IT equipment, updating various IT systems, ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other personal equipment. • Support back office staff, especially the Resource Coordinators (Team Leads for Site Management and Site Technicians). • Take responsibility for on-boarding process for blue collars. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Relevant administrative education • Experience from an administrative function with a high level of coordination and support • Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing • Proficient user of MS Office, advantage if you have excellent skills in regards to Excel • Proactive approach to problem solving • Flexible, open-minded and service oriented Furthermore, you are persistent and possess good communication skills. You enjoy working with various tasks. You are a team player and thrive in an intercultural and hectic project oriented environment.
