Vil du være med til at skabe og gå nye veje i mødet med borgere og virksomheder? Svendborg Kommune har per 1. januar 2014 samlet Borgerservice og Jobcenter. Afdelingen skal tilpasses fremtiden, hvor kommunen ikke blot er myndighed eller serviceorgan, men også en del af et fællesskab, hvor opgaverne løses sammen med borgere og brugere. Du bliver chef for et område, der er i konstant forandring og udvikling. Borger- og Arbejdsmarkedschefen formår at holde fokus på kerneopgaven, selv når udfordringerne er størst. Af opgaver for den nye chef kan nævnes: • Sætte tydelige mål og niveau for servicen overfor borgere og virksomheder på baggrund af de politisk opstillede mål • Skabe rammer for nye tilgange til borgere og virksomheder for at sikre en større grad af medinddragelse og samskabelse • Samle Jobcenter og Borgerservice til en afdeling, kulturelt og organisatorisk • Tage ansvar for en udvikling af det tværfaglige samarbejde med kommunens andre afdelinger • Proaktiv kommunikation med interne og eksterne interessenter og samarbejdspartnere • Konstruktiv tilgang til de økonomiske udfordringer. Vi vil blandt andet kigge efter følgende kompetencer: • Evnen til at aflæse fremtidige tendenser og udfordringer om møde dem proaktivt • Politisk tæft • Fokus på helhed i opgaveløsningen – herunder evnen til at tænke på tværs i organisationen • Erfaring med forandringsledelse og kulturdannelse • Erfaring med ledelse gennem ledere • Erfaring med økonomi- og ressourcestyring, herunder evnen til at prioritere Læs mere om Svendborg Kommune og om stillingen på http://www.svendborg.dk Ansættelsesvilkår Ansættelse sker på overenskomstmæssige vilkår. Ansættelsen sker iht. ”Aftale om klassificering af chefer”. Stillingen er klassificeret på løntrin 51 + et centralt tillæg på 18.500 (31.3.00), svarende til årligt kr. 566.531 (nutidskroner). Der tillægges pension på 18,75%. Herudover vil der være forhandling af individuel kvalifikationsløn.
