Then you are the Project Manager we are looking for at Danfoss Group IT. Drive IT-projects and support the business
As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of designated IT-projects within HR and EHS, from the definition of requirements to the final implementation at all Danfoss locations worldwide. The demands and ways of using IT-systems is constantly changing and our key focus is to create more aligned processes across all Danfoss segments in a cloud-based environment. With your project management skills, you will play a central role and contribute to further development of the business, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality and budgets. This includes assessing and managing risks and issues related to the overall scope of the project. 

To become a success in this position, your most prominent job is to ensure stakeholder management and alignment and as such you will have a unique opportunity to build a wide international network. Highly driven Project Manager 
You have a relevant educational background on bachelor or master level. You have relevant work experience or knowledge within IT, but most important for this position is your project management skills. As such, your toolbox is loaded with knowledge that will help you to support, plan and drive processes in a global setting. You have a good understanding of business flows and processes, as well as change management. Additionally, you bring experience within vendor management and working with cloud environments into the job.

On a more personal note, you have a good drive, are eager to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. As you will work cross culturally, you need to have an open mind, be good at stakeholder management, and used to applying your solid communication skills internationally. At the same time, you can work independently, pay attention to detail and your structured way of working, permits you to come up with the right solutions, and you are willing to make the necessary decisions. It is a must that you are fluent in English, both orally and written.
