Then you now have the opportunity as we are looking for an IT MES Analyst for the PS (at) SAP project in Product Supply. About the department The job is located in Novo Nordisk PS IT Production Projects department. Our main focus is delivering world class MES projects to our production facilities with a high focus on customer satisfaction. The job You become the subject matter expert of PAS-X, and your job is to develop and maintain a standardised framework for the roll-out of PAS-X across various Novo Nordisk sites. In every project you ensure that new global systems is designed, developed and implemented with the aim to realise business benefits. In each project you cooperate with the line of business on site regarding aspects such as gap analysis, designing business processes, configuration, documentation and validation of processes as well as training before the data conversion and go-live activities. It is also your responsibility to prepare training material and train the super users. In all your work, you will align the solutions and facilitate sharing of best practice, knowledge and visions between the sites. Look forward to a dynamic project-oriented community where you can foresee some weeks of travel activity to sites in e.g. Japan, France and USA. The goal is to provide end-to-end support of supply chain processes by creating one joint standardised solution, based on SAP and the PAS-X manufacturing execution system. The project is a key priority for Novo Nordisk as it will strengthen us in relation to meeting future business challenges. Qualifications Your track record displays some experience with IT & Automation from a GxP environment and of implementing manufacturing execution systems (MES), preferably PAS-X. You are familiar with GMP and have experience conducting IT problem analysis and implementing cross-organisational solutions and projects. Your academic profile is an MSc in Engineering, IT, Economics & Business Administration or similar, and your career has supplied you with a sound business understanding and sharpened analytical skills, and as such you are able to conduct decisions based on business requirements and in line with the business strategy. As you will operate in multi-stakeholder environment, you need strong interpersonal skills and change management capabilities. As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive and team oriented. Presenting your ideas to managers convincingly is no problem for you, and neither is your ability to build a wide and strong network within a major international organisation.
