We are searching for a new colleague to join our Onsite team to assist our end-users in Valby with Telephony and PC issues. You will be part of a team of four engaged and team-oriented team members. The position will be based in Valby. Detailed Description Your area of responsibility and key tasks: This is a position in an international environment where good service is essential. Key tasks: • Operate the Service Point in our opening hours • Assist our users directly • Handout IT equipment • Responsible for information to our IT Coordinators and other stakeholders • Update and implement user guides • Run and keep stock system up to date • Order new IT equipment • Responsible for registering Internet (at) Home Job Requirements Your competences Knowledge about: • You are service minded and have experience as IT consultant/IT Supporter. • Experienced in trouble shooting on HW and SW • Mobile Android, iOS and Window Phones • Mobile device management Airwatch • Knowledgeable about normal telephony (deskphones etc.) • Microsoft Lync / Skype for business • Microsoft AD • Stock control • Windows 7 and 10 • Windows server • SCCM 2012 • Network knowledge • Remedy Your personality As a person you are service minded with strong collaboration skills.
