We are looking forward to welcoming a number of business-oriented and experienced SAP consultants in our SAP department with 15 colleagues. You will be part of an SAP team with an exciting journey ahead. Haldor Topsøe is a growing business, especially our regional offices and manufacturing facilities around the globe. The SAP department, which is based in the Danish parent company, supports this growth by designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions for the global organization. Together with your colleagues you will support and educate our user community around the globe in using SAP to support their everyday work. You will also be responsible for defining and delivering standard services within the SAP area. Furthermore, you will be involved in projects and development tasks from time to time. You must feel comfortable challenging existing ways of working, managing diverse user communities, and have a flair for communication to succeed in this position. You also draw on past support and training experience in global or multinational organizations that employ highly skilled professionals. Your responsibilities - 2nd level support mainly within Sales and Logistics processes, secondary other modules - Develop and maintain training material and support documentation with the objective to enhance the end-users’ SAP capabilities - Deliver standard changes and minor tasks for which you are responsible - Manage external suppliers within your area of expertise. Qualifications We imagine that you are currently working as an SAP support consultant or that you have equivalent work experience from a multinational or global company e.g. in a business support function as SAP super user. It will be an advantage if you have a higher education (e.g. economist, computer scientist or engineer) and preferably experience in supporting a broader set of SAP modules and functionalities. Perhaps you are also familiar with ITIL.
