The forecasting team works closely with our 20 sales subsidiaries worldwide, our four regional operations centers, our principle manufacturing site in Xiamen, China, and global marketing. You will be part of a global team of analysts responsible for driving the monthly forecasting process, optimizing inventories and further developing our planning processes. The job . Being an active part of running the monthly forecast process . Analyzing forecasts and business intelligence vs. gross sales data . Understanding all planned global sales activities and the support required . Driving initiatives to optimize global inventories . Participating in various projects across Global Supply Chain Academic Background and Operational Skills . A master degree within Supply Chain Management or other relevant field . Experience with forecasting and planning practice and procedures . Excel advanced user . Proficient in PowerPoint . Good communication skills . Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Personal skills . Team player . Excellent analytical and problem solving skills . Highly motivated . Works well under pressure . Proactive and with excellent prioritization skills .
