About the department In the pharmaceutical business the effectiveness and documentation of training is crucial. The Training Partner holds the overall responsibility for the Training System being established, maintained and developed as well as ensuring competence development activities across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. You get the chance to be part of the very exciting development of the training system. Furthermore, you will be close to development activities within this topic that will ensure we grow our business. The Internship is within the HR & Communication team. The job You will support the Training Partner in a variety of activities related to developing the training system and converting theory to practice. You will have a central role in developing and anchoring the process regarding mapping of competence needs and GAPs in several teams. This will require close collaboration with managers across all Novo Nordisk Pharmatech as well as with colleagues in Novo Nordisk. When your internship is completed you will have gained a broad knowledge of the life in a pharmaceutical company and an opportunity for personal and professional development. You will have acquired extensive experience within training systems, employee development and how to combine business needs with development opportunities. You will also have gained a broad experience working in an organisation where employee involvement and communication are crucial for the quality of the final result. Qualifications You are currently studying on your master’s degree. The education you have chosen is not important itself. It is important that you are passionate about converting theory to practice and complexity into simplicity and want to try out your personal skills on driving and structuring a business development process. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. You must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility of your own learning. You work systematically and structured and ensure timely deliveries. You are able to see opportunities before limitations. You can communicate clear and efficient with respect of recipient’s agenda and scope. You are confident working both individually and in teams. Spoken and written English on a professional level as well as fluency in both oral and written Danish is required. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 1. September 2016.
