Danfoss’ Total Rewards team is looking for an HR Specialist to support global Benefit tasks such as Mergers & Acquisitions support, integration of acquired companies and global company car rules. You will act as a change agent in benefit tasks and projects and when implementing changes in Total Rewards strategies. Furthermore, you will analyze data to form basis for assessing benefit strategies (including process abstractJV_descriptions), support projects related to rolling out new benefit strategies, and assist the Total Rewards Team in general.
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you have a Masters or advanced degree in Economics, Business, HR or another relevant field. You have one to two years of business experience, preferably within Finance or HR. You might also be newly graduated with relevant experience as a student worker. Other needed knowledge and skills are:

• Excellent skills in Excel
• Flair for thinking out of the box and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to collect, compare and analyze input in order to prepare and present solutions
• Ability and courage to challenge existing solutions, strategies and processes
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as conceptual planning skills
• Ability to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation
