Here is a great opportunity to join Ramboll’s strategic journey within BI & Analytics. From day one you will have a key role in our BI transformation process working with back-end solution design and development for our business units globally.

Your responsibilities as BI Developer 
In your role as our new BI Developer, your focus will be on technical design and development of high quality back-end BI solutions ensuring high performance, stability, scalability, security and maintenance

Your key tasks will be to:

• Understand user requirements
• Design data flows
• Design or adjust data models in all layers of the BI architecture (staging, DW, cubes and marts)
• Tabular and Multidimensional cube development
• Participate in designing long-term BI architecture
• Help taking our BI data platform to the next level

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in BI & Analytics, different BI users in our global units, IT operations, Microsoft etc.

You and your competencies
To succeed in this role, you are self-driven and analytical in your work approach thriving with transformation and building new BI solutions by challenging status quo. In addition, you are also highly structured and well organised enabling you to maintain the full overview.

Desired experience, you:

• Have several years of experience with BI from a Finance, Sales or HR perspective from a large company or BI supplier
• Hold a relevant educational degree
• Have a certification in Microsoft BI
• Are fluent in English – written and orally

You have solid experiences within SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, DAX, MDX, Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft TFS.

Join BI & Analytics
In BI & Analytics we will be responsible for developing global BI solutions by both using classic and advanced disciplines like Artificial Intelligence, Prediction and Data Mining supporting Ramboll’s business units globally. With an increased strategic focus on the area in Ramboll, we are currently expanding.

The purpose of our department is among others to identify new good BI & Analytics business cases in Ramboll, to give advisory on BI & Analytics possibilities to business users, make sure all solutions in production runs smoothly, train users in the new solutions, handle change request and support incidents etc.

Our clients are internal business units like Finance, Sales, HR, Project Excellence etc.
