The FLIR People & Organisation (P&O) team is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people engagement and organisational development in the high performance culture that characterises FLIR. The FLIR organisation consists of the corporate finance, legal, procurement, facilities, consulting and investor relations functions which are supporting a growing Novo Nordisk organisation in Denmark and globally – with an overall FLIR ambition to perform on par with the best in the global pharma industry. FLIR today employs close to 1000 employees based in Denmark and India, and the global FLIR function comprise almost 2000 employees around the globe. The FLIR P&O team which is anchored with reference to the CFO of Novo Nordisk, currently consists of 4 experienced and highly engaged HR professionals working across all aspects of the HR value chain. Our ambition is to enable business success in FLIR by driving superior organisational and people development for the benefit of the global FLIR organisation. The position In close collaboration with the functional area head and the area management team you will plan and drive organisational change processes and people and leadership development activities that support strategic business priorities in Corporate Facilities and Novo Nordisk Consulting. You will be responsible for driving the annual HR business processes, and for identifying and implementing local HR projects and change initiatives that support the functional area. Together with your colleagues you will plan and implement cross functional HR initiatives in FLIR, and play an important role in ensuring strong execution of our portfolio of global FLIR talent and leadership development activities. You will report to the VP of FLIR P&O, with dotted reporting to the CVP/VP of the areas you support. Qualifications You have a strong HR Business Partnering background, either as an HR Business Partner or as a subject matter expert within employee relations or leadership development. You hold a relevant academic degree and have minimum 10 years of work experience within the HR field. You master a broad range of HR disciplines and you are comfortable with developing HR solutions at the conceptual level as well as implementing operational HR solutions that support line of business. You are ambitious, robust and independent with a strong drive and solid experience working across all layers of an organisation - and you are willing to walk the extra mile to ensure that deliveries and results are of high quality. You have strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and strong personal integrity that enables you to present your perspectives in a respectful and assertive manner. You are a strong team player and you thrive in an environment where priorities and tasks may change with short notice. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
