GN Group is looking for an ambitious student with strong drive, who has an interest in talent development and the ability to assist on structuring employee development in the M&A and Strategic Projects Department. Furthermore, the candidate will be in charge of administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the department. We expect a hard-working team player that is detail and solution oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
In your role as student assistant, you will provide administrative support to the M&A and Strategic Projects team. You will be primarily responsible for handling all administrative matters with the objective of contributing to the efficiency and performance of the team. Furthermore, you will assist on development projects of employees in the department and be serving as the point person for HR related matters. The main areas of responsibility will cover: 

• Assisting on outline of a talent development program for a team of six people in M&A and Strategic Projects 
• Setting up internal and external training 
• Booking of travel arrangements and completing expense reports
• Assisting on recruitments and onboarding of new employees
• Support on various ad-hoc tasks, including presentation layout, e.g. power point

The position is based in our Copenhagen headquarter and you will report to the Head of M&A and Strategic Projects. Expected weekly hours are 15-20 (flexibility in exam-periods).

Qualifications
• Natural networker that work well with different stakeholders across the organization
• Experience is not required
• The ideal candidate is a bachelor student. Preferably studying communication, human resources, business administration or similar. 
• You are service-minded, hold an ambitious mindset and good work ethics
• Fluent in Danish and English – spoken and written
